In this article our sole task is to explain Macbeth Character, Critical Analysis, Macbeth Character Sketch and Traits .Macbeth is the tragedy of a wicked man who was spurred to action by his wife. The character of Macbeth was derived by the prophecies of the three witches to be fulfilled in future. He was reputed as a great warrior and was able to win great honor from the king Duncan as a brave hero. Macbeth Character is one the best traits he was facing the inner conflict of his personality after hearing the prophecies of the witches. He is depicted as a complex character throughout the course of play. We analyze certain changes in his personality when he is able to follow the commands of three witches. At the start of the play he was depicted as a warrior and brave leader but at the later half we see him as a man obsessed with thirst for power. Shakespeare always introduces universal themes and characters in his plays. Here Macbeth is the portrayal of a man who suddenly developed a desire for being powerful and mighty. His innate passion for being powerful was awakened by the prophecies of witches. Here Shakespeare is intended to show the influence of supernatural on the part of man’s nature. He failed to sustain his sensations before the Witches and fell prey to them.                                        

Macbeth Character is Critical one who is can be analysis in various perspectives . He delivered many soliloquies in order to question about the idea of killing King Duncan on the commands of Witches. Here we can notice the conflict of Macbeth’s character making him doubtful about his plans to murder the king. But he was consistently persuaded by his wife to complete his plans. He became less heroic when he became determined to execute his plan. There was degradation of his character when he was in state of fear. But he tried to strengthen and recollect his lost will power throughout the course of the play.

‘’we will proceed no further in this business. He hath honored me of late, and I have bought golden opinions from all sorts of people, which would be worn now in their newest gloss, not cast aside soon’’. We see him feeling dejected at his decision to kill the king. He realized the wrongness of his decision. He was trapped by the guilt of his conscience. He wanted to get rid from the agony of the execution of his plan.                                                                                                          

Macbeth Character traits are mixture of evils and goodness. He was a brave leader but morally weak and degraded. He did not have the courage to control the influence of Witches on his personality. Macbeth Character traits can be seen there he showed a cowardice attitude to stick to his ambitions. He was easily led and derived by the commands of his wife. She was also responsible for the downfall and destruction of his husband.  She wanted to have a control over his husband. The Macbeth was first seen as a general but he acted more as a husband throughout the course of the play. We can trace his role changing under the influence of his wife.                                              

He became fearful when he saw the ghost of ‘’BANQUO’’. But he pretended there to be strong and brave by saying that ‘’never shake the glory lacks at me’’. So here it is evident that there is irony underlying his character. He was a general but fearful at the core of his heart. This makes the reader doubtful about his existence as a hero. He seems to be less heroic and more Villon like traits. This was the guilt of his sinful deeds that led him to act as fearful and cowardly.                                                                                                                                                 

Macduff feels suspicion against the actions of the Macbeth. He was the man who reveals about the evil deeds of Macbeth. He was the man who brings to light the mystery of the Macbeth actions. Witches prophesized about him that he would be able to succeed the throne . He was easily tempted by the witches to kill the king Duncan. He was motivated to fulfill his own desires and ambition to gain power. He was overwhelmed and obsessed with desire for being powerful. At the very start of the play he was honored by the king Duncan with the title of the ‘’Thane of Cawdor’’. But when he hears from the prophecies of three witches that he will be the new king of Cawdor, he planed to murder the king. But this temptation led him in state of agony that whether he should have killed the king or let the fate decide the events to be happened. His wife was a consistent temptation for him. She used to persuade him to kill the king. She accused that his husband was a cowardice man and afraid to fight a battle for throne. Here the initial impression about the Macbeth as a warrior and brave hero became less apparent. He himself and the circumstances collaborated to bring his downfall.           

Macbeth character sketch and critical analysis is delineated in this play Macbeth is very match vivid. There we see a role of fate above him; it seems that he was destined to be destroyed at the hands of the three Witches. He wants to reshape his destiny but fate gives no more chance to act accordingly. He was persuaded by his wife to act in a specific way . This motivation aroused lust for power in him.  Through the character we see a constant struggle between life and death. Fate and supernatural elements were a source of destruction for him. His valor and bravery was diminished by the desire for power and his passion to kill the king. We can title him as a callous person when he attempts to kill the king. But somehow we feel that he is remorseful when he tries to kill him. There comes a feeling of sympathy for him that he was tempted by the three witches to act in that particular way. The action of the Macbeth is desperate. Throughout course of the Play Macbeth is supposed to have the power to control the circumstances. But the audience is astonished to see that he was derived and guided by the passion of his wife. He rejects the role of a brave hero and adopts the role of a murderer and callous man. It was difficult to identify that whether the character was insane or sane. As the play progresses we see Macbeth Character traits become clear that the burden of his horrifying deeds led him to affect his psyche. He has acknowledgement about his increasing fear that were causing him to be act as sane. The fear goes on increasing as he progresses to kill the king. This fear is introduced to create a special effect in the play. It may be symbolic to the conflict of his character whether to commit the horrible deed or not. His guilt for committing the crime often arouses the sense of pity for him. He is a contradictory character Fraught with conflicts of his personality. He is often celebrated as a warrior and brave hero but soon identified as deceitful figure who manipulates against the king to snatch his throne.
